I answered this already. Its not a farmers market. Its a grocery store that is set up to look a farmers market....at least thats what the owners think. Its simple a big warehouse ..lile all grocery stores...only this one doesn't have isles...it has bins...with fruit and other assorted stuff in them. Prices are outrageous (but what isnt today) this place though..even higher. A couple of low prices..not much. My favorite is the sushi.....sign says fresh...ah....no. I guess it depends on what you consider fresh. Its the same as giants sushi. Giant is cheaper.

I am disappointed with the customer service I received during my visit to the Sprouts Farmers Market on July 13, 2026. Unfortunately, the cashier, James, did not provide even the basic level of customer service that I expect from a retail establishment. Throughout the transaction, I was not greeted or acknowledged in a friendly manner. After scanning my items, he did not tell me my total before processing my payment, which is a standard courtesy and helps customers verify their purchase. In addition, he folded up my receipt before handing it to me, making it inconvenient to review my purchase. While the transaction itself was completed, the overall interaction felt impersonal and unprofessional. A simple greeting, clearly communicating the total, and handing customers their receipt neatly are small gestures that make a significant difference in the customer experience. I hope this feedback is shared with management so that additional customer service coaching can be provided. I enjoy shopping at Sprouts and would like future visits to reflect the friendly and welcoming service the company is known for.

I have to give credit where it's due. Since Sprouts in Towson, MD came under new management, the store has been much cleaner and the produce has greatly improved. It used to be common to find frozen, overripe, or moldy produce. Now the fruits and vegetables are fresh—even the bananas are still green, so they have time to ripen after you get home. It's been a noticeable and welcome change! Thanks

Every time I go here, the vegan cookies aren’t out. AND every time I go here, I go to the counter where the bakery is and it takes them forever to come over and acknowledge me. What warrants the 1-star today is that I was obviously waiting to speak with someone, and there were just employees waking around talking to each other. When I came up to the counter a heavy set white woman was talking to a customer at the counter so I thought they were in line. When they left, she walked away too. Then a tall tanned man who was just walking back and forth around the area was just walking around and talking to his coworker who was working. Luckily, when the person I was with was finally acknowledged, the baker was very nice. I hate talking to managers, but once I inquired about speaking with we suddenly weren’t invisible. This is the third time this has happened. Someone needs to be either working that counter, or there needs to be some customer service training. I shouldn’t have to chase someone down to buy some damn vegan cookies. They should just already be out - it’s Sprouts.

Customer service is trash and I won’t be coming back. It’s 6/27/26 at 11:25 am and I just came out of the store after purchasing. Give you a timeframe of who’s working there. I went to an empty cashier as she was leaning over scrolling on her phone. I said good morning several times trying to get her attention to see if she was open. She probably couldn’t hear me for the ear buds in her ear. I finally got her attention and ask if she was opened, instead of saying good morning back I was met with irritation and rolling of the eyes because how dare I interrupt her at work to do her job. She told me she was at the other register but this was met with such attitude I told her never mind and went to another. Sprouts your prices are too high to allow your staff to have such attitudes. Customers contribute to your paychecks should be treated a little better.
